TeamSnap App Makes Managing Teams a Breeze
This is a sponsored post on behalf of TeamSnap. All opinions are 100% my own.
Like many moms, I’m often overwhelmed by the amount of information that I need to know about each of my child’s sports teams. I would get fliers, texts, emails, and phone calls of practice and game updates, uniform info, picture night, bringing snacks, you name it. Of course, all these things often get lost among all the other things I have going on and I forget details along the way.
Now, there is a solution for managing all the information in one place; it’s the TeamSnap app. This is a new app for iOS and Android that gives you the ability to manage all the various information that goes along with being on a team.
Check out this video to see how it works:
What I love about the TeamSnap app is that it allows you to all share one group calendar so that you’re never out-of-the-loop when practice gets cancelled or a game gets added to the schedule. You can also share photos with other members of your group, this is wonderful if I have to stay late at work and end up missing a game – I can check out the Photo Sharing page and see the action!
You can manage TeamSnap on a desktop as well, which is super helpful if I’m doing things on the computer, I can just pop on the site and see what’s new. I love the ability to be able to do this!
If you have a child on any sort of team, whether it be sports, debate, gaming club, 4H, the list goes on and on, be sure to check out TeamSnap! They have a FREE 21 day trial so that you can try it out and see how it works for you. There’s no credit card or payment required to try it out. I have a feeling it will be a total game-changer for any busy mom!
Now you can do all the communicating you need to do in one place:
- Roster (see team members and their contact info)
- Schedule (see when the events are and get directions)
- Availability (mark which events you will be able to attend)
- Payments (see what is due for payments and track who/what is due)
- Refreshments (see who has snacks or sign yourself up for snacks)
- Messaging (email, post or text members alerts)
- Statistics (post game statistics for players to access)
So go get your free trial of TeamSnap, you can thank me later 🙂
